2. Damaged on Delivery:

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, as per your preference. We provide a 3-day return window for damaged items.

3. Lost in Transit:

If your product is lost during transit and results in an incomplete delivery, we will conduct an investigation with our courier partner.
Once the loss is confirmed, we will provide you with a full refund or send a replacement.

4. Order Cancellation:

Chatkaar reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
We may request additional information for order processing, such as address verification.
If your order, or any part of it, is canceled after your card has been charged, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
