Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Product Unavailability: If the product becomes unavailable after payment.
- Damaged on Delivery: If the product is damaged during delivery, customers may need to provide a picture of the damaged item.
- Lost in Transit: If the product is lost in transit, resulting in incomplete delivery.
- Order Cancellation: Chatkaar reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. We may request additional information for order processing. Customers will be notified if their order, or a portion of it, is canceled. If an order is canceled after credit/debit card charges, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
We provide 3 days return for the above situation.
